Say it is legal for same sex marriage in your state. You are a man?

who marries another man and you consider yourself the "wife" legally in the marriage.
THEN.... while still married, you marry a woman and you consider yourself the "Husband" would that be polygamy?
You would not have two wives.

Polygamy is having two spouses...gender doesn't matter so yes it is polygamy and it is illegal everywhere in the US...even Utah.
