my husband found a job in Sharka with a salary of 13500DHS per month in a bank with medical inssurance and free airline tickets each year, but there is no home allowance , is this salary enough for us , i have 2 kids ( 1st age:2 years --- 2nd age:1 month )

I am not sure about your nationality. The cost of living in the United Arab Emirates is comparatively higher than the other GCC countries. The place you have mentioned is Sharjah (Sharka in Arabic). I would suggest you to go for this package, which is moderately a good offer and I believe you can simply afford the house rent and living cost with this offer.

Personally I think that this salary is too low for a Westerner if it doesn't include housing. You will spend most of your money on housing otherwise. I am not being racist here but different nationalities demand certain standards of housing. This sounds like a typical middle of the road Western salary for a bachelor's degree holder in the UAE. It would be fine if housing is provided but since it isn't be cautious.
