I need a link to a simple printable map?

I am planning my wedding and I am trying to find a map to include in my invites. I need a black and white map.(No map quest is not what I need) I just want a map that has the Humble civic center on it, that I can print out and easily make copies of.

or Google for other references and look at the maps they publish.
You can usually set your printer to black only and simplify a color map.
Google maps this

Then zoom out a bit and print in black and white.
