Bottom.
Top or middle makes my toothpaste out of shape & messy looking.

Well, I start in the middle, when it's first opened but then I revert to the top after a bit. I only ever use the bottom at the very end of the tube, then I squish it to the top.

I hear that you should squeeze from the bottom for better results... but I squeeze from the top, or middle!!

Squeeze from the middle, but then feel guilty and close it, then squeeze from the bottom.

From the bottom, as much as possible... So that it's easier to gather the paste in the future.
I go for the middle if I'm in a hurry though...
