im on verizon and hes on cingular..
but then i used a cingular phone. would i still be charged with it
or would mobile to mobile still work ?

The key to cell service is the fact that most plans include long distance in the rate which is why Ma Bell is struggling to keep up.

As far as free minutes....Once you hit the time they start i.e. nights and weekends they are just that (caveat as long as you are calling the in the US.) It does not matter if your one carrier and your bf is on another free is free.

Mobile to mobile is 24/7 but usually within the service i.e. Verizon to Verizon, Cingular to Cingular, etc.

Depends on your service and how long distance is charged. Cell phone rates are a real mess.

Free minutes are only free when you use locally. Once you're overseas, everything is chargeable and no free minute.

if u call during ur free minutes u won't be charged, but if he has no free minutes.. he will pay.
