lust is when you find someone physically attractive and want to have sexual contact or sex with them simply because you find them good looking or sexy, it has nothing to do with love, here is what love is and how it is different from lust,

lust contains none of these qualities but love contains them all:

It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out.

When you are in love you want whats best for that person no matter what...with or without you in their life...often times love is confused with lust...here is an easy way to tell the difference:

If thinking about them or awaiting a date with them you feel anxious rather than happy...it is probably not love.
