Financially, you either reduce expenses or increase income. As to having no one to depend on, do you mean emotionally or financially? You can develop friends, but that will take time and work. As to keeping thinking about your problems, it's helpful to put a time limit on it. If it's no longer productive, then stop. Take a day off each week where you don't think about your problems at all. I would also look to see if there's somewhere you can get free counseling, perhaps through a house of worship or a local nonprofit. It can be financial counseling or counseling for anxiety about your finances. I'd also read, "What Color is Your Parachute" to see what you can do about getting a better-paying job.

Slow down and take a breath...

If this is about present and future credit and money woes check out Suze Orman, she always has great things to say about money.

Have no one? Join a club, play a sport, hang out at the library. Basically, make friends. If you are a likeable fellow well all's the better...

Of course you need to think through your problems, that's how you get answers, kinda like this site...

Almost everyone goes through the same things at some point. I'd say look up your local chapter of Debtors Anonymous. There you'll find new friends who have the same problems and they'll help you solve them.
