It's long distance, and recently he's had no patience in talking. He says I should "Grow the f*ck up" every time I want to talk to him about realistic things. He's 25 and he still lives at home with his parents because he can't afford living on his own. He recently quit his job.
The thing is a part of me loves him, but a part of me wants to kick him in the nuts. I hate how he has no patience to talk about realistic issues.
What do you think?

OMG! My boyfriend is the same way...we just went through a real hard ordeal..always arguing/fighting..and he told me those same things...He is also 25 and staying with his parents on the futon..If you love him, be with him during this difficult time because he needs you! I stayed with my boyfriend..he's been through Hurricane Katrina...and been sooo depressed because he wasn't able to find a job, etc...Well, he just graduated from UNO...and he is an assistant manager and he's much happier and appreciates the fact I was there when he was down...we've been together 4 years...So, if you love him...stay with him!! Keep talking things out and if that doesn't work...just break it off...cause you know he will be calling you in a few days..maybe even hours! lol

yes,if he loves you he will give all his attention and patience to you,i also have a bf and its long distance too,we just break up today because he also dont have alot of patience.man have no patience are losers. we have d the situation but now weve broke up i feel i escape from a nigntmare.be strong even it is hard to be strong.ok take care.

Time to cut the noose around your neck. He is being disrespectful if he talks to you like that. Besides, he is 25 years old and still living with his parents. Do you really want an irresponsible man like that anyway?

I think your boyfriend needs to get his life together, and he gets angry when you remind him of this because he's ashamed of himself. He should be.
I mean it's been six years YOU should be living with him at this point, not his parents. You'd be wise to dump him, but failing that put it out there clearly that you won't be disrespected like that and hang up on him if he does it again. Don't call him back. If he calls you, demand an apology, if he doesn't give one, hang up again. Don't chat about it, just hang up. This cat needs some hardball in his life.
With any luck he'll break up with you.

As you know hun...this decision is totally up to you.
My 2 year relationship just ended about 1.5 months ago and I learned that when the decision is made...its a done deal..
even though she broke it off with me..
I've got booted even though I was a great guy....
Anyways my point is..you are still young..and he is too..plus he needs to find himself and act his age and grow up...
You are very special and I'm sure if this does not workout...there is going to be a guy100 times better than him ready to scoop you up and treat you like a queen.

try talking to him the last time. ask him why doesnt he have the patience to listen to u.. if he asks u to ****** grow up agn then i think its time tt u brk up. you'll cry alot after u brk up n wished u didnt but the thing is u'll get over it. n later noe.. years down the road u'll think to urself..... when ur wif another gr8 guy hu is patient wif u n treats u well n listens to u about ANYTHINGGG.. that "omg. i cant believe i wasted 6 ****** yrs of my life with that bastard'' =) sorie to be mean by usin words. no matter how hot tempered a guy can be...when it comes to his gf he shud be able to cool it n listen to her.

Honestly?? You cannot have a relationship with a person who treats you this way. It's unacceptable. You need to spend some time out of relationships, and try to find out why you have allowed him to treat you this way... or else you are most likely doomed to repeat this behavior again.
