I just tested and it worked. Go edit your profile and you will find the options..now nobody can track your questions and answers if you don't add them as contacts.

YEP ! I started to do it when the 'block' option was put in. It sure cut down on the trolls going in and violating my old Q&A.
I think it's great . Sorta makes ya feel special to peek at others old Q&A . I'm having a blast on here !

yeah, I saw that option. But, why hide those things? I like for people to know what kind of subjects I care about and what's on my mind...
