I am decided to work on kuwait what pertinents document do I bring?

To work in Kuwait you should have a work visa prior to arrive. To arrange the visa you need a sponsor from Kuwait. This is the prerequisite.

first you will need to find work before you even enter the country, so that your employee will sponsor you so you can have a legal residency visa.
But if you manage to get a visitors visa into Kuwait then you have to find work then the same scenario again...
All in all, where are you from coz there is different passports and citizens are treated differently.
