Cheap? It depends on your definition of cheap, but by my definition, no. If your family is very low income, they have scholarships but you really have to be scraping change before you qualify. You can check with each program, but usually you need to talk to them a few months before camp about scholarships. Feb or March for summer sessions. Ask them for more precise information.
