You are very right, but a lot of people want to be thin and they don't care how sick it makes them in the long run. I used to be one of those people who bought all that low fat, low carb crap, but then I started wondering about just what I was feeding my body. Most of it was processed and altered to the point that you wondered if anything in it was real. That's when I had to stop. Now, I buy organic stuff and just try to control my portions. I feel like my body is much healthier and happier eating real food and I like knowing my family is too.

I have to admit that most of the " health foods" that are out here are more expensive the the fatty foods! It drains my pockets! I eat some of it sometimes, but for the most part, I eat food to enjoy the flavor of it. If I wanted to eat cardboard, I would buy a box

You are right. That is just another marketing ploy to get more money away from us. And most of that "low fat" stuff tastes terrible. Give me the loaded goods anyday.

ha I do agree, but I like to eat the low fat stuff for yogurt, milk, cottage cheese and little things like that...
but low fat/fat free ranch, starbucks, cheeses are nasty as well as other foods that are supposed to taste rich and flavorful :)

Dude, we get it. If you don't like the stuff, don't buy it! It's not poison or anything. I think you're probably just fat and afraid to actually buy it for fear of (gasp) losing weight.
