My doctor has passed and no records on file with him or any schools I have attended. I have also contacted the board of health which does not look promising. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful

Call the county medical society.Look in the phone book, orcall any doctor in the area and ask for their phone number, They sometimes keep track of doctors' coming and going.
It is possible they know where these records are. They either went to some other doctor or a public warehouse which stores such records.
Good luck.

When your Dr died some other Dr must have either bought his practice or taken over his patients. Ask around the old neighbourhood and try to find out who would have taken over care of his patients. They should have all his records. I'm sure they can't just be thrown away?

If your doctor was affiliated with a hospital they would have your records.
When he passed on any records would have been sent there.

You can obtain titers. They will show if you have had a specific disease or if you have been immunized against a disease. I had to do this before I went back to school too.
