Subs are not the worlds most healthiest meals.
The kind you eat is probably one of the healthiest though Mayo packs a punch in the cals department.
The bread also adds up, especially if you eat it everyday.
What else do you eat besides that?

Turkey is a very good choice. Honestly, Subway bread is bread, and whether oat or wheat or white, it's what it is, no more or less healthy. Suggestion: Skip the pickles next time. Too much sodium in even small portions of pickles.

You don't sound overweight to me but then again I'm not the doctor. That will definitely help you, but you shouldn't eat just that, you should eat a variety of healthy foods. Just keep exercising and eating healthy and under 2000 calories and you should lose some. :) Good luck!

Sounds pretty healthy to me! If you want to take in a little less calories, though, I'd go with either no sauce (the tuna is made with regular mayo, you know) or a splash of vinegar.

Yes, you have selected a good healthy item for eating. You are not fat and not overweight. It is good that you exercise every day. Just be sure to have lots and lots of Water.
