I think Mileena is very pretty, but also very unusual and out there, i think it would work well as a middle name, unless you really like the names "Miley", "Leena" or "Lee" and could shortened it to one of those.

Bianca is a very sweet name, its not something thats overly common these days, so its a unique choice.

I'd probably stick to only having one name ending with an "A" sound, but if you've got your heart set on these two names i'd go for Bianca Mileena. Hope that helps! :)

Bianca is a lovely name, I'm not a big fan of Mileena, but out of the two, I prefer the name Bianca Mileena.

Would it be pronounced as BeeAngKa or BeeAhnKa? I think when it is pronounced BeeAhnKa it sounds much nicer... very foreign/Italian sounding.

Mileena is a character from mortal kombat! lol I like it alot.

Both names end the same way so it doesnt really sound good.Try Mileena with a middle name that ends in y or e like mary marie (not those middle names but that sound)
