First you must define what "rest in peace" means. I understand the fact that people want the media to just let her be now that's she's dead, but it would be wrong to stop speaking her name altogether. You have to understand that though Diana is dead, she is still making a huge amount of difference. Her Memorial Fund raises thousands of pounds each year for her causes and keeping her name in the media reminds everyone of all the good work she did, which in turn brings the focus back to her work and her sons. I believe Diana is resting in peace, she is free from this world that she found so difficult to live in, but we can't let her memory or legacy die because she wouldn't have wanted that.

Prince Charles cheated on Diana with Camilla and in straightforward terms Camilla (who he had now marreid) Princess Diana cheated on Charles with James Hewitt and had extra effective affairs after that. who's extra reprehensible, Charles who remains with the female he had an affair with or Dian who had various adult males? the main considerable culprits in preserving the Daina element going are: a. The daily Mail, arising with a diverse conspiracy concept each and every few days b. Mohammed Fayed claiming that Prince Philip and MI6 conspired to homicide Dodi and Diana (thank God he's now been instructed to offer some evidence)

When every last dime (or pense) has been sucked out of the notoriety of this accident; and not one instant before. Fifty years from now "new evidence" will come up, and people will fall for another theory. Large enough numbers of the PUBLIC are dumb enough to create large sums of income for the media and authors.

When hell freezes over.... OK, I'm editing my rather flippant answer. Probably not until the next generation. Celebrating her life on her birthday's would be better than her death. I can understand it though because we loved her so much (well, some of us did) and her death was such a shock and the manner in which it happened.

I agree - why do we insist on repeatedly digging up her body and reanimating it with Haitian zombie herbs?
