x+4/x-4 is to be divided by x^2-16/4-x
=(x+4/x-4)/(x^2-16/4-x)
=[(x^2+4-4x)/x]/(x^2-4-x)
=(x^2+4-4x)/x(x^2-4-x)
=(x-2)^2/x(x^2-4-x)
