Why won't my phone charge? Its a .....?

Its a motorola BQ50 and it was exspensive. Its really new like a month . And all I did was plug it up to charge , and the next day tryed to turn it on but it just says ''hello moto'' and then shuts off lol. im thinking water may of got in charger? Help please =)

If you just bought it a month ago, bring it back to the store and get it exchanged, sometimes the battery is broke
I had that happen with other phones

The same thing happened to me too. I think something is stuck in the place where you plug in the charger on the phone. If there isn't then I don't know anything else to tell you.
