No it wouldn't. If you're talking about that lawsuit where the dry cleaner lost a pair of pants. I thinks that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard. The judge should throw that case out of court.

I have more than one pair of pants in my wardrobe, so no. The man thats suing must have only one pair of pants, so he must be suing to git more money to buy a pair of pants.

Momma always said wear pants when you leave the house. He lost his so he must standing in his jockeys. That can be cold in the wintertime. But its summer right now, so he must comfortable with the heat, right now.
