I think that people have no shame these days. They know that a lot people are willing to cheat, so they don't really care if there is a ring on thier finger.

No; sex drive is why people hit on married people. When your gonads get into the act, they don't generally check for a ring on the hand. That's not to say that I think it's a good idea, because I don't. But I think people will hit on whom they wish without regard to marriage whether or not divorce were available.
Far from people "still" hitting on married people, I think it is going to become more and more common, especially as people live longer and get bored with marriage. I think it has far more to do with human longevity than with divorce, I do genealogy, and see a lot of things in old records; people have been sleeping around since LONG before they could divorce.

No, I don't think divorce figures into it at all. I think single people hit on married people because:
1) they don't care if they are married or not
2) married people are "safe" (won't ask them to get married)
3) they are a challenge to conquer.
