I eat potatoes in any form I can get them! I LOVE potatoes! Hmmmm.... I'd have to say mashed although it's a lot easier to make a baked potato than mashed.

I am in the mood for mashed done right with lots of butter and sour cream!
My baked potatoes gets filled with all kinds of toppings. It's like a meal in itself

I love any and every way a potato can possibly be prepared. Baked potato, boiled potato, creamed potato, fried potato, hashed brown potato, scalloped potato, sweet potato, etc, lol. It's all good. I cannot choose just one. I'm just a potato buff. LOL!
