This is a very complicated question to answer. It's a combination of ideals that Hitler received from various sources. First of all, almost all Nazi rituals and beliefs are based upon Nordic mythology. It's my opinion, and that of many other scholars, that the notion of the "blue-eyed, blonde-haired" superman is based on the looks of Norsemen. In addition, disillusioned after WWI, in which Hitler received two gas attacks that contributed to his raspy speaking voice, Hitler continued to work for the government where he was to spy on radical political parties, one of which was the DAP which he later joined and renamed the NSDAP or Nazi Party. Before WWI, Hitler lived in Vienna where anti-semitism was a standard idea. All of these factors combined contributed to HItler's idea of the Aryan nation, Lebensraum and Volksgemeinschaft

Anti-semitism is a very common occurrence throughout history and Germany was by no means the only country/group to persecute and kill Jews. This already existed before Hitler. Infact he used the existing anti-semitic feelings of many to gain followers. As for his notions of the master race, he had all kinds of theories about German superiority going back all the way to barbarian feats and triumps. Not much Hitler said was new to anyone, he just publicly said what many people were thinking but would never admit to. He did take it a bit farther than his predecessors however. Even the Third Reich wasn't soley his idea but the continuation of dreams past of a glorious German Empire. This time, Hitler was convinced not to let it fail and his Third Reich he predicted to last 1,000 years. Even the swastika wasn't new. He saw it in churches when he was an alter boy. Skim Mein Kampf. Not the most exciting read but it'll help answer your question a bit.

Hitler's beliefs were not his own, in fact, he started in the Nazi Party as an informant for the local police, he accepted their views which were copied from others down thru time. It was not an aryan belief, but one held almost everywhere, where you believe that your race, religious group, nation, university, state, high school, or sports teams are better than everyone else.
The difference is that Hitler used his beliefs to start a war killing millions of people and committing atrocities against so-called lesser races including poles, russians, slavs, gypsies, etc, and physically and mentally handicapped people and people of in his mind sick religious views.
Second, Please lets get over the BIG LIE, that anti-semitism means hatred of the people of the Jewish Religion. That is a recent term(within the last century) by jews and the liberal press to engender more guilt on the world for what happened in the holocaust.
The definition of Semite:
Main Entry: Sem·ite
Pronunciation: 'se-"mIt, especially British 'sE-"mIt
Function: noun
Etymology: French sémite, from Semitic Shem, from Late Latin, from Greek SEm, from Hebrew ShEm
1 a : a member of any of a number of peoples of ancient southwestern Asia including the Akkadians, Phoenicians, Hebrews, and Arabs b : a descendant of these peoples
People who hate jews are not anti-semitic, they are anti-jewish. People who hate israel, are not anti-semitic, they are anti-israeli.
Arab muslims and hebrews are both of the Semitic race of people, therefore if you say that an arab muslim is anti-semitic, then you are saying that he hates himself.
And THAT simply makes no sense whatsoever.
Hitler was not anti-semitic, he was anti-anything not aryan, which included among a whole slew of people, those who practiced the jewish religion.
You can't fight these idiots who don't believe that the Holocaust was real by using lies, doing so allows them to go back and prove very easily that you made lies and thus all of your points can be disregarded as your credibility/veracity is tainted. You fight the horrific liars of the Holocaust deniers by stating chapter and verse every single time and without embellishment or lies as to the actual historical provable facts.

First off, Hitler's anti-Semitism did not grow out of his mother being treated by a Jewish doctor. Adolf actually thanked and respected the Jewish doctor for easing the pain of his beloved mother.
Hitler's anti-Semitism grew out of the unresolved issues in the multi-ethnic Habsburg (Austria-Hungary) Empire.
Hitler was born in Linz, Austria and later travelled to Vienna. Hitler tried to get into art school on several occasions, but he was always rejected. The art school had several Jews in thier higher-ups, and several Jews got in over him. Hitler believed he had higher quality work than the accepted Hebrews. That is one seed of anti-Semitism planted.
The next seed is one that was already partially ingrained in the culture. Jews were always seen as somewhat less than other races. But, they did seem to have a lot of money. Even in today's society, people resent the wealthy. A person that you think is "less" than you, being more successful.....that will ruffle your feathers.
But, what probably pushed Hitler over the edge to fanatical anti-Semitism was a posion gas attack in WWI. Hitler served in the German army in WWI (he had moved to Munich by then) and was exposed to an allied gas attack. Most of his fellow German soldiers say that Hitler's personality changed after the gas attack. He seemed angry and more intense.
And after Germany lost WWI, there was this mass feeling that someone needed to be blamed for it. After all, how could Germany lose the Great War, especially since no German land was ever taken and no battles were fought on German soil?
Who was to blame? The back-stabbing, lying Jews.

if you have blonde hair this will naturally get bleached by the sun in the summer. There was this guy in my class who else had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the base. When he came back to college after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!

Most people don't want to admit that Hitler was himself Jewish.. It is believed by some that his hatred stemmed from the death of his mother, as she was being treated by a Jewish doctor. This is what is believed to have planted the seed of hatred..
Before his death he began to manufacture Methamphetamine and supply it to his soldiers, giving them superior energy and determination, but however, causing alot of hallucinations though-out his troops, wasting ammo and gasoline on 'ghosts'.
Had Hitler not run out of fuel, and sanity, we may all be speaking German right now. Hitler also became so disillusioned by his drug use and visions of grandeur, that even his most loyal followers became 'spies' in his eyes. Many of his officers planned to revolt.
