If i saw you tripping I would have tried to help you to prevent it from happening and if I had saw your head go thru a wall, i definitely would not have laughed at you as you could have got a concussion!

I'd help you, and be a little worried. I remember one time I tripped on some stairs and the wall broke my fall. I didn't have a bruise, but I left a gaping hole in the wall. I was glad I didn't hit a stud, or worse, hit my head on the concrete stairs.

I fell through a wall once when the ex and I were taking a shower. I would help you recover and get some of your dignity back for you too!
