Are there any health risks or Pros and Cons if you live by a cement factory?

We are looking to buy a house right in front of a cement factory. I am assuming if the wind blows our way, we will be getting exposed to whatever they put in the mix. Anyone know if there are any health risks.

I'd avoid that property. I don't know how unhealthy it is, but cement factories are, by nature, dusty places. You will continually find your house covered with a very fine light gray dust, and it's going to drive you nuts. Furthermore, when you try to sell the place.......don't expect to find a lot of willing buyers.
