Could I be approaching menopause?
I am 43 yrs old and I keep getting so hot at times I feel like a baked potato. I sleep under a fan at nite and feel like I am roasting.
I still have periods.

this could be perimenopause. You will still have periods and will also experience the symptoms of menopause. This varies in how long it will last but women go through menopause at different ages.
The night sweats and the hot flashes are a sign of menopause

Some diuretics cause sweating.I am on a BP pill and it has a diuretic. I get sweats too. Also hormone level in men or women can be a factor, or other medications or even disease. See a doctor.
