Dylan, its a rediculous notion because you wil become known as "Mr Cactus" if you fail to shave every day... cactus nuts.
Dont try to wax. If you do decide to shave, and only a complete fool might consider it if you are not going to be in the movies..... what you have to do is soak in hot water for like 20 minutes... (take a bath) to loosen up the scrotum skin as much as possible so that you can get a close shave.

Shaving works just fine. Trim down the hairs as short as you can with some small scissors. I then prefer to shave while I'm in the shower. Everything stays warm and wet. Use some shaving cream or lather up well with soap. Then shave 'em just like you would your face. You'll probably have to do this every two or three days if you want to keep them really smooth. Enjoy.

No - you don't have to keep them smooth.
You can't shave your balls anyway. They don't grow hair.
Your scrotum does, and you can try to shave that, but personally, I'd say don't waste your time. It just itches while it grows back. Women like a man that is hairy like a man.
