yes, you have the right, but...
1) no government officials will recognize that right
2) most of the public, currently in denial, will tear you to pieces
With that in mind, have fun with your protest.

Of course you have the right to. I believe that would be a type of protected speech. Those who don't believe what you have also have the right to tell you that you are full of crap. You have the freedom to say almost whatever you want, but be prepared for the consequences of your speech. You do not have the right to not be offended. It is called the first amendment.
