The alien life forms that haven't come to earth yet. The human race is the only race that segregates itself by something as arbitrary as color and not actual genetic difference. You don't see Great Danes comparing themselves with German Shepherds--only humans do that to dogs and people.
The difference between the races (in terms of DNA is less that .001%--one one-hundredth of a percent.)
Race is the precept of creating a easily classifiable group of people to unite together via stereotypes, usually leading to discriminate against them.
Conclusion: There are too many exceptions to the rule to say the overall best. Race is an inexact science, not a finite math.

No race has a lock on "best." Education, freedom from hunger, security, the basic civil rights granted in the Constitution, take a group who have these things and regardless of race, you're going to find a large percentage of them fall into the "best" category. We try and short circuit the hard work of getting to know a person by slapping a race/gender/sexual orientation/religious belief label on a person and using that as our standard of judging a person rather than basing our judgment on our own independent observerations of that particular person. Unfortunately, this kind of lazyness means we often make terrible mistakes in our judgments of people.

The human race! Your are only as good as you act. Race has nothing to do with what kind of person you are or who is better than the other.

My personal opinion is that God created everyone and therefor we are all the same. The color of skin doesn't matter or race or whatever. And I would have to agree with the person that said the human one, that was awesome!

Impossible to say. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. It depends on what is important to you. It's probably best not to dwell on this too much, because most differences among humans have little to do with race. they have to do with chance, wealth, health, opportunity, education, and upbringing.

star is an embarrassment. i hope she isn't an american. islam is not a race, it is a religion. a muslim can be arab, asian, black, white, hispanic, etc. what a fool.
having said that, my race is the best!!! we are good at preparing taxes and we have lots of nice, tan girls
