Country code is 91- after that the area code comes, in case of Mobiles, it starts with 9. If it is GSM network, it would have higher value like 98 or 99, if it's CDMA, then it would be 93. after the mobile code, there will be the 8 digit phone number.
Example:
+91-98-802-12345
+ is the exit code of your own network
91 is the country code of India
98 is the GSM network code in India
402 is the GSM Circle and service provider code
12345 is the unique code for the user
In case of a CDMA , it would be +91-93-242-12345
Hope this will help
