Season seven (last one)....simply because the show had gotten to a point where all the characters and relationships became really complex and complicated. This allowed for interesting storylines...besides the fact that the end of the world was coming, you had that whole "grey area" theme between good and evil with Buffy's relationship with spike. That was really interesting, at least for me. Same thing with Faith coming back and the power stuggle between the slayers...that was pretty entertaining.
As for my favorite character(s...sorry i can't pick just one)....I'd have to pick the big bad vampires: Angel and Spike. Spike, because he's just too cool and laid-back for words. He's like the cool "rock star" vampire, and so sarcastic. His one-liners are KILLER, and so funny. I like Angel, well because he's simply a complex and interesting character...again, it fills that "grey area" line between good and evil which i just love. He's just really likable even if he's a vampire, and he's quirky in his unique...yet, depressing way lol (which is why i REALLY fell in love with the Angel spin off).
My favorite episode(s) was the Musical episode and, more so, when Buffy encountered Dracula. I just loved the smart puns and the stabs at the "conventional" vampire...the kind you see in movies, verses the "new age" vampire that the Buffy show introduced to us. It was a very interesting and entertaining combination.
And of COURSE i wish it was still on!!!! Buffy and Angel were my top favorite shows of all time, still is, and I still watch the DVD's. I hope one day there's a movie of some sort. :)

I liked Season Six the best. It was dark, but good. Season Four is second place, because it had the most standout episodes, even though the story arc as a whole didn't work out.
Fave character is Spike. He was such a failure as a Big Bad, such a punk rock good guy. Plus, that outfit with the safety pins he wore on the subway when he killed Nicki? So bad ***. Second is Drusilla 'cause I love a good crazy.
Favorite episode is too hard to decide. Fave one to rewatch is Once More With Feeling. I love The Body but it's hard to watch because it hurts so much. Other standouts are Checkpoint, Band Candy, Restless, The I in Team, The Pack, Selfless and This Year's Girl/Who Are You.
The last question is hard. I wish it was still on because there's been nothing of its caliber to fill the void (there are shows like How I Met Your Mother that carry on the tradition of great heart and great comedy, but it's not the same.) I am glad it's off though because the story had played itself out, there was no place left to go and stay with the same high quality we had come to expect and adore.

Season 5, episode when Dawn was revealed to be tha "key"; same season, episode titled "The Body" when Buffy's mom died that one was sad too
Season 6, one of tha last episodes when Warren shoots Buffy & kills Tara that was so sad when Dawn came in and found Tara
Fav character has always been Willow..i liked Anya too b/c she was really really obnoxious and abnormal lol..i forgot Cordelia liked her too
i mean i think it was time for tha show 2 go..to me it wasnt as good as it had been in tha best..it was better to go out with a bang than be one of those shows that stays on 5 more years after ppl have stopped watching..i'll probably get it on DVD since tha reruns only come on early in tha morning out here

favorite season was four, episode.. hmm.. Hush wins, but I also love Dopplegangland.. (come on vamp willow is adorable).. , Character.. evil willow.. (okay, Willow is, but the evil will, with the black veins.. and the attitude.. *shrug* .. just makes her even better) .. Hush was amazingly written.. putting out a show that was almost entirely silent.. where everything is understood without any subtitles or captions of any kind.. Great work.. as for why that was my favorite season.. I don't know.. just as a whole that season was more connected I guess... some of them jump around to much, or they focus too much on one thing throughout all the episodes.. (one of my issues with the season is Riley... he monopolized it a bit.)
