should i order online through amazon cause it is quite cheap but maybe not after adding the shipping cost, or i should just wait for it to be out? any place that preorder quite cheap? cause i heard that AMK fairprice sells at $42 is there other places that sells cheaper? thanks:)

You can try phoning the big book stores to ascertain if they're selling the book at more or less than $42

Barnes and Noble has fairly cheap prices on books (they have a 37% off coupon that you can use up till JUNE 18 if you order online)---www.barnesandnoble.com is the website. If they don't have the book, they have authorized dealers who might.

www.half.com (an ebay site) also has a book section where prices are half what you pay elsewhere.
You didn't say where you lived, but if there is a Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, or similar store in your town, you wouldn't have to pay shipping costs. These all have fairly large book sections. Barnes and Noble stores are in larger cities, as is Borders.
