This is high quality stuff that inexpensive compared to the mall..

Eye Shadow:
You'll look best in medium green, medium purple, plum, medium blue, medium gray or blue-gray shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.
Mascara:
Apply one coat of brown or brown/black mascara.
Lip Color:
You shine in sheer lip glosses in shades of light brown, bronze or raisin red.
Special Occasions:
You'll stand out in a metallic silver or blue-gray eye shadow on lids. Rim the inside of your lower lids with white eyeliner, and apply a coat or two of brown/black mascara to top lashes. Keep lips shiny and pretty in a sheer bronze or brownish-red gloss.

Go for very bright colors on clothes like orange, yelloeow, pink, red, bright blue, and for your skin use light colors and don't overdo it.

Well, if you are asking what eyeshadow to use to really bring out your eyes color, you should use gold and green together, it's one of my fav combo, and remember to always go for metallic colors due to your darker skin tone, it will really make your eyes stand out! Oh, you should try pigments from MAC, they are usually very shiny and the color changes too... I really really love them!(Refer to link)
But if you are going for a simple eyeshadow for everyday use, you can try bronze or copper,I believe that they will be very shiny on your skin, therefore, bringing lots of attention to your eyes.. use it with 2 coats of black mascara... Wahhlaaa!! Lolz!
