Which one do you want? The guy who lied about his age, name, and that he was married? How about the guy who literally whipped the penis out and asked me to kiss it in public, and when I wouldn't he jumped in my car and I had to force him out? The guy I met for a simple glass of wine but he was a wine snob and didn't like my choice and said "Better luck next time."?

Take your pick.

I had a blind date with the sister of one of my Fraternity brothers. I could tell right from the start that this was not going to be the most pleasant evening of my life. She was attractive, and smiled a lot, but she couldn't make up her mind what to have for dinner, and when she finally did, sent it back twice because it was not exactly the right temperature, and the second time, could the chef slice the steak for her.She ordered the most expensive bottle of wine and I had to tell her that I could not afford $200,00 for a bottle of wine, which she did not appreciate. What drove me up the pole was trying to have a conversation with her about anything. She answered all questions with'Yeah" or "Nope".After dinner, Beth insisted on going to this posh Bar for a nightcap and had one Brandy too many, because she threw up all over the car on the way home. It was a night to remember.

Yes. I dated a Persian Prince in L.A,. some years back. The date was arranged. He came to pick me up in a limo and had a friend with him. Then we proceeded to pick another female. I was pawned off on the friend. I was extremely offended, and confused because I wasn't aware that he wasn't my date until well into the evening. I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and after some rude conversation, I told him how rude he was and left - in the limo. I drank the champagne from the limo and then picked up a friend so we could go out on the town.

I could tell you more, but it would be too long. Trust me, he was a nightmare. :-)

I have met in person 4 guys. Talked with several on the phone. The last man has turned out to be the love of my life. #3 was a total jerk at the end of date #2. He had me over to dinner, had candlelight, best china, gold silverware, soft music, 2 bottles of wine, homemade dinner and dessert, everything right out of a romance novel, something I had never experienced before. And after that, when he didn't get what he thought he was going to get, he disappeared, and was never heard from again. After 2 meetings, he thought that he was going to get that???????? I don't think so, and he's a 55 year old male nurse. I will never fall for that nonsense again, although now I don't have to, cuz I have found him! I guess they can be real jerks whether young or old!

The first blind date I ever went on was not my own, but my friends. She had met a young man online and was nervous about meeting him for fear he might be a "psycho, murderer, rapist" as we put it at the time. She asked me to accompany her on her date. I did. She was so nervous that I ended up talking to the young man more than she. I feigned interested in a football game currently playing on one of the tvs in the pub we were in to give them a chance to talk... she didn't use the time to her advantage. She got the hug and the kiss at the end of the night, but never saw him again.

My personal example of a blind date that did well would be a date I went on about two years ago. I met the gentleman online, we went to an afternoon play, the zoo in the evening and a late night dinner. I didn't see him again, but the whole affair was perfect.

Blind date gone bad? An older gentleman presented himself as being the shy type, family and goal oriented, professional. Our date started and ended when he raped me.

I have been on a blind date - I actually crawled out of a window and called the friend who set up the date from hell to come and get me from the convenience store on the next block over (before cellphones.) My 'date' actually drove by looking for me so I had to hide in the bushes for 20 minutes. I promptly smacked my friend when he drove up to get me. But still made him take me home because that stalking idiot was still driving around. Now that was a night to remember! No joke!

Yes I met someone online, and I was being stalked for a minute. This was kinda recent. It wasnt a good experience.

I also met a girl in the past on line, from North Carolina and she was a doll, even flew down and stayed with me for a few days.
This was a good experience.

Yes, a friend set me up with a blind date without letting me know or asking me first. Normally I would refuse it. Ok, when it came to him picking me up...he was someone I knew from high school and one that I could not stand...Didn't like his attitude from the get go. When we went to the restaurant, he asked me if I had money to pay for dinner... Needless to say, I walked out on him telling him he has to pay for it and that it was no surprise that he's still stuck with the bad attitude from school. What an absolute jerk especially after I left. He tried to run me over with his car when I was walking home. He was angry...what an ATTITUDE. Who needs him???n
