saulg21 - do you mean, "a good friend stands behind you in good times and bad?"

mckenzie - why are you over-reacting? I would not have a problem with Bush being gay nor would I be surprised to find out that Gonzales is.

It has more to do with Bush doing things his way than him being in love with Gonzales. "They can have their votes of no-confidence but it's not going to make the determination about who serves in my government," Bush said.

Don't forget who makes the rules here. He's made it very clear that he's the decider and he really doesn't care what we think. Like when he was talking about the fine job Rumsfeld was doing and he said, "I hear the voices, and I read the front page, and I know the speculation. But I'm the decider, and I decide what is best. "

It's simply another instance of Bush stubbornly insisting that neither him nor any of his cronies could possibly have done anything wrong. The man is so far deep in denial that he can no longer be reasoned with.

It's been rumored that on that drunken night when Gonzo sprung (they called Lil 'w', Shrub back then) from jail and got those charges dropped and the records compromised, that Laura had thrown Shrub out because of his drunken behavior.
Well, when Gonzo sprung him. They both went out for a few drinks and one thing led to another. Next thing you know they're waking up in the Texas desert and Shrub's face looks like Monica's dress!

They've been inseperable ever since. This explains the smile on Gonzo's face.

And to think I thought it was the coke.

Blind loyalty by GWB to man who has brought disgrace on the Justice Department. GWB was the candidate that was going to restore honor to the white house.

Naturally liberals find loyalty and honor difficult to recognize. Look at how they turned on Lieberman after putting him up for VP. The whole issue of firing the federal prosecutors was none of congress's business. Who complained when Clinton and others fired the whole lot. No one but the present leadership in congress prefers to waste time on non issues instead of taking on big business like they promised.

He isn't.
You are revealing way too much about yourself with this question. May I suggest some reflection as to your motives, and little examination of what ADULTS do at sites like this (and don't do) and a that you look up a word: Sedition.
