Eye Shadow:
You'll look best in medium green, medium purple, plum, medium blue, medium gray or blue-gray shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.
Mascara:
Apply one coat of brown or brown/black mascara.
Lip Color:
You shine in sheer lip glosses in shades of light brown, bronze or raisin red.
Special Occasions:
You'll stand out in a metallic silver or blue-gray eye shadow on lids. Rim the inside of your lower lids with white eyeliner, and apply a coat or two of brown/black mascara to top lashes. Keep lips shiny and pretty in a sheer bronze or brownish-red gloss.

A nice dark blue liner and shadow would look nice. Put a few coats of black mascara on your upper eyelids and a very pale gloss. I didn't even wear makeup at my eighth grade graduation, lol. I actually started wearing makeup about a week after, and have been ever since. haha.

For graduation you don't need to get too done up.
How about golden eyeshadow, and completely clear gloss. Some brown mascara will look natural and bring out your eyes.

Hard to say since you didn't say if it's daytime or nighttime graduation. For most special occasions, I think you should find a look you like in a magazine and take it to the mall to get a free makeover (or just ask for some help) at one of the beauty counters. Just don't overdo it. You may want to consider buying a makeup book specifically for young people (or the cheaper alternative, check one out at the library).

Don't go overboard with your make-up to much. But if I were you I would just a bit of shiny lipgloss and maybe tanned eyeshadow? Don't put to much on though. The shiny lipgloss will show-off your sexy lips with that nice black dress. And you tanned eyeshadow will reavel your nice brown eyes.
