Now everytime i shutdowm my laptop, it also said that closing issass.exe. tnx!

Download Superantispyware, their free version and run a complete scan after you update the program. Then reboot. This program is excellent in finding and killing any all spyware, worms, virues, etc. etc. No conflict with any of your other antispyware or antivirus.

you will probably have to contact your security center.That's probably your best bet.If your laptop has a worm w/an attachment,then you will need someone who is more knowledgeable in this area.If you are having problems using certain programs,that you normally don't have any problems with,I can only suggest you contact your security center asap.
