WWF and RAW is fake. But boxing is completely real. If you watch wrestling you notice when the punch the hit the ground to make a sound.

The Real answer is that....the punches and the kicking is fake but, but jumping off ladders and falling through tables is real! How do you learn to fall off a 20 foot ladder and not get hurt?!?!? One episode on ECW, Hardcore Holly fought RVD and Holly slamed himself and RVD through a table but Holly sliced his back wide open, it was a bloody gash!
