I lways think about what Leo said in the movie "blood Diamond" when they were talking about beleiving in god, he said something along the lines of "this isnt what god had in mind, if there can be so much hate in the world and all the wars, and nothing change...then where is god? Truth is God left this place a long time ago. "
so you could write it along those lines or about the war and why we should pull out. but I've discovered the best way to write a paper, is to write about something you believe in. You have to feel something for it. And thats the best way to get a score on a paper, and also have an easy time writing it. hope I helped. Good luck!!

Water shortages in many areas inclusive of California. Polluted water in many areas. Water wars, check out Arizona and California. Rights of states or international locations decrease down on the river. think of US and Mexico. Dams on rivers effecting flowers and fauna vs being a source of power. Rivers changing classes effecting human beings. Flood administration and while it fails.
