I had a good day! Woke at 10:00, showered, took mom shopping, she spent $400 and bought me a new comforter, had lunch, napped, ate, watching TV. That's the dirt! Talk to me tomorrow.

I just spent the morning at the Dr's and the rest of the day was shot as well so I didn't get anything done today.

I tried to get on a plane to fly to Nashville for business and the darn flight got totally cancelled, therefore I am able to type this response now.

yea pretty happy . i ate salad , and actually ran. two accomplishments, and bought a weight bench. tryin to get a good body for summer.
