Legally, as the wife of the Prince of Wales, Camilla is the Princess or Wales (not whales). Since that title is so closely identified with Diana, Camilla is officially known as Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall. Except in Scotland, where she is HRH The Duchess of Rothesay.
When, or if, Charles becomes King, Camilla will be known as either HRH The Queen or HRH The Princess Consort. I don't think that decision has been made yet, and apparently will involve some sort of new legislation.

Camilla has actually said she isn't going to take the title of queen, although she is certainly entitled to it. So I'll answer this as if she will actually be Queen Camilla when Charles is King. Camilla is a Queen Consort. She is queen because her husband is king. It is a courtesy title. Elizabeth II, on the other hand, is a Queen Regnant. She inherited the title, just as Charles will inherit from her. Elizabeth II is the monarch. Charles will be the monarch. William will be monarch after Charles. When Charles dies, Camilla will officially be a Dowager Queen and could still be called Queen Camilla. (Elizabeth's mom was the same way) But Kate will be the new Queen Consort as soon as William is King, regardless whether or not Camilla is alive. There was a time that there were three living queens in the 20th century: Queen Regnant Elizabeth II, her mother Queen Elizabeth (the Queen Mum), and her grandmother Queen Mary.

Legally, as wife of the heir-apparent, Camilla is HRH The Princess of Wales. Publicly, though, because of that title's association with Diana, Camilla is known as HRH The Duchess of Cornwall.
When Charles becomes King, Camilla is (by virtue of her marriage) Queen. The only way that does NOT happen is if Charles predeceases her or he converts to the Roman Catholic Church (as per the Act of Settlement) OR Parliament passes legislation that removes the title.

Assuming you mean "Wales," . . . Camilla is NOT the Princess of Wales (though she very well may be the Princess of Whales). DIANA was the Princess of Wales. Isn't there some law or something that a divorcee' cannot assume such a royal title? Isn't that why people who loved divorcees have abdicated the throne?

I really do not think that she is formally called the Princess of Wales. She will never be called the Queen in the same way Philip is not called the King.
