Control panel/internet options, then delete cookies, delete temp internet files, delete history. Or you could do a disk cleanup, double click my computer, then right click your C drive, select properties, then disk cleanup, follow the prompts, leave everything at it's default setting.

if your wanting to clean them out just use internet options. You can get to it Via, Control panel or from inside IE. I will list IE7's steps...
Tools, Intenet Options, General tab, Browsing history delete button, then hit delete cookies.

Yes, that is the way to clean the cookies, and temporary files. And I do mine often. When I run a Ad-aware scan after doing that, I seldom come up with anything.

it is Easy and Quick :
you Click The Start Button and Than Run and you Write on there : cookies and you hit enter and a page will come full with cookies you dfelete all of them exept index one

click on the "tools" icon on your toolbar. Next,click on "delete browsing history".A window will open up.In it will be a list of small boxes.One will be for deleting cookies.just click the button.That should remove your cookies.If not,go log onto your security system,and scan your computer.It should show you any cookies that are in your computer.Your security system will give you a list of options,just pick one.

try a vacuum. it should clean all the cookie crumbs. in future avoid eating foods and drinking liquids or smoothies near your pc.

1st r u using IE6, if so:
open IE, click on TOOLS-internet options-delete cookies/files
for IE7
open IE, click on TOOLS-internet options
clcik on delete button in the middle
