Well my male betta fish seems to have what looks like white "blisters" on his face. They are about the size of his eye, and it's only on his face. What could this be? An ich or parasite of some sort?

It's not ich or a parasite, those are far smaller than a bettas eye.

Blisters can be from one of several things, but he most common by far is Furunculosis. This is treatable with one of several antibiotics, but the best choice for this is Furanace or Furan-2. Another very rare but possible answer is Fish Tuberculosis. I mention this only because fish Tuberculosis can be transmitted to humans. If the blisters rupture but nothing comes out, that's a strong sign of fish Tuberculosis. This can also be treated with the above antibiotics, but you would need to take careful precautions not to get the tank water on your skin if at all possible and certainly not in an open wound. This is rare though and far more likely you have Furunculosis in the tank.

What does mm mean??????
Ok, well it can't be ich or a parasite or something like that. Ich and parasites are the site of a tiny bread crum. They come from stress, and I am not excactly sure what they are called. Stress, and Furunculosis, or lack of "excersize" or scared or whatever. It's hard to explain, hard to understand, but this is a disease you need to get chemicals for. Ask your fish specialist at your local pet store.

-hope this helped!
