Ok....B means the cup size and 36 is the #of inches going around. Sounds like you might have heat rash, so use a powder that has something in it for the itching. I think that the material of the sports bra you're wearing now might be too thick for this time of year, plus it sounds as if it's either too small or has too much support (that's why it's so tight). If you like the style and ease of sports bras, you can get them in a lighter material and not so confining. You can also look for a regular style bra that hooks in the front instead of the back. Sounds like you'd really like them. Lots of luck.

The number is the measurement around your bust. The letter is the cup size. Sports bras are okay, but they are not meant for 24 hour wearing. Unless you have a quality sports bra, it doesn't offer the support you need for daily wear.
If you have a rash, you need to make your mom aware of it. You could be having a reaction to something that might require being seen by your physician.
A tip on putting on your bra, turn it around so the hooks are in the front, hook them, then turn it around and slip your arms into the straps. Also, you can ask your mom to get you a bra that has a front closure. They are fairly easy to find now days, and very comfortable.
Hope this helps.

1.sports bras have very little support. The other kind has more support because they have wires on the bottom
2. 36B. Means your bust is size 36 inches and B basically means you have small breasts. If your breasts get bigger, you'll be a 38 B and eventually, you may have to only wear regular bras. I'm a 36 D so the only option i have is to wear a regular bra, not a sports one because they don't support at all.

When I was in H.S. and college I was always running to catch the train or bus, and I had large breasts. Sport bras were the only ones I would wear. If your bra fits correctly, than it shouldn't cause discomfort. I know hooking it is impossible for me, so I always leave it hooked and pull it over my head.

Whatever works for you. I have the same problem with cups too. They are just so irritating that I just wear the non-padded ones.
