X ~ B(3,0.9)
P(X = 2) = 3*0.9^2 * 0.1 = 0.243

Binomial probability: P(2 are right-handed) = P(1 is left-handed) = C(3, 1) (0.1)^1 (0.9)^2 = 3(0.1)(0.81) = 0.243.
