I've been a single parent for 14 years...have 3 kids. Would like to commend you on being a single parent!!! I know how it is and I never had any family to help. So how do you handle it???

Parenting is hard, single or married. I was a single parent and i find that if rules and set in place and obeyed everyone knows what is expected. I had no family members to help either, but i had a good network of friends. This helps! Good luck with your family!

I know how you feel.. I am a single mom of 3. But I do have family that take the kids when I need a break.

You are not alone!!!!! Ever! LOL I have 4 and have been divorced for 7 years, but am lucky to have help when desperate.
I try to cook meals ahead so we aren't so crazy during the week, I let the small stuff go like dusting cause there just isn't enough time, and I hug them a lot! Oversimplified, but the basics!

I am sure it is difficult. Where is all of your family? I have a friend that is single with 3 kids and all of her family is in another country. I can't even imagine how hard it really must be. Congratulations on a job well done! :)

It's the toughest job. Raising three kids and running the household, while holding down a full time job is no easy task.

I don't know how single parents do it all.....I really respect you and others out there. Many of them have been an inspiration to me in various ways.

My mother handled single parenting with Tequila...That may not work for you...
