There is no point at all. Humans are animals with slightly bigger brains. Monkeys don't sit around wondering what the point is. Neither do dogs, fleas, or zebras. They just eat, sleep, and procreate. Humans think there's supposed to be something else going on just for them and have been pursuing it for years. It's an illusion. There is nothing

Biologically, our bodies carry millions of microscopic organisms, that are NOT human, that depend upon US to stay alive and healthy. So when I exersize, I keep THEM healthy and happy, too.

For myself, I exercise to keep myself happy.

If you are referring to meaning of life; well, that is school, family, job. You make all them interesting by having hobbies.

Mine is going to the movies every weekend and going on a 1-3 day mini-vacation every 2-3 months.

The fact that no person has ever been able to answer this question leads me to believe that there is just simply no reason to anything at all. We are here, we die, others live on until they die, and some day we will all be gone. Thats the point.
