Not really, because most problems are an emergency by the he time I get around to them. I mean, I never want to over react to any situation and therefore I don't act until it's too late.

Yes, today I almost stuck my foot underneath the lawnmower while the blades were engaged. I recognized the problem and withdrew my foot before it became an emergency.

yes but sometimes when I have found out about the problem and try to fix it,I make things worse,so I inadvertently make an emergency out of something that was probably quite harmless to start with.

Not always. I knew something wasn't right for 2 days before I had a heart attack at work, and went to hospital by ambulance, and had bypass surgery.
