I presume by "QandA" you mean "yahoo answers"
It seems a fair assumption to me that when people post on a localised board (in this case UK) that any answers which rely on the locality should be for that locality. For example I'd expect an answer of "70 mph" in response to a question asking "what is the national speed limit", because I've posted it on the uk.answers.yahoo.com. I'd ask "what's the speed limit in different countries", if that was what I wanted. Mayby yahoo doesn't list the questions by localised versions?
I think people should try to stay on the site for their country if at possible. Unless say they are an American wanting a UK resident to answer a question.
People on the net often forget that it can be international, and often expect the same behaviour/answers that they are used to. If people aren't behaving in the same way they are sometimes seen as being rude.
(see the Answer's international bar at bottom of the screen for localised versions)

It's because a small minority on here think that all the questions and answers on the one they are viewing are from the same country as they are in. All the English speaking sites overlap with their questions and answers, so it is best to put the country you are in when asking a question, if it is necessary to the answer.

Open dialogue that sometimes questions the very nature of faith, man, God, and the universe bothers some people. They would rather people follow blindly, never question, and not think for themselves.

Is this some kind of mythological question? As far as I know, there's no such place on the map of the world.
