i have pokemon gold, obviously, and i was wondering how do you get into Silph Co. theres a gaurd in the way.

or where else can you buy evolution stones.

silph Co. in gold, you can't go beyond the point of the guard.

Evolution stones, the only way to obtain them is to get them off Bill by showing him the pokemon he is asking for. You can't buy them.
