Advice from http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/orphan.html
"Many people mean well when they contact HRS after discovering an "abandoned" nest of wild rabbits. Often they wish to "rehabilitate" them with some advice from others. The reality is fewer than 10% of orphaned rabbits survive a week, and the care that people attempt to provide can be illegal, unnecessary, and potentially harmful. The best thing you can do is put the bunny right back where you found him, in the general area, as the Mom will only come back at night to call and find him. Leave the area. If injured, please contact a Wildlife Rehabilitator or rabbit vet immediately."
You can find a licenses wildlife rehabilitator here: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/contact.htm
These people have the training and the resources to care for sick, injured and orphaned wild animals.
Please do not try to keep this animal yourself. Their needs are very different from those of a domestic breed of rabbit. Also, it is illegal in the US to keep most native wild species unless you have the proper permits.

If you keep the bunny be sure and wipe it's bottom with a wet cotton ball to help it go to the bathroom. And, Mama rabbit only feeds her babies 1 - 2 times a day so don't overfeed.
Good luck and if you can find an animal rehabilitator in your area it's best to let them take over. Not many baby bunnies will survive in captivity. Unfortunate, but true.

You'll get some good info at www.wildliferehabber.com. Baby bunnies are very difficult to hand raise.

I used the formula recipe from this site, with the cream but without the vitamin drops:
http://www.2ndchance.info/bunnies.htm
All three rabbits did fine on it for the two weeks they needed it. One died several weeks later though.
